Musab Muhammad is the Project and Operations Manager at Iconic Care, bringing a strong background in civil engineering and a sharp eye for detail to disability support services. With a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Honors) and a passion for building systems that serve people, Musab plays a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality NDIS services across all areas of Iconic Care’s operations.

Musab’s strength lies in his ability to align complex project requirements with real-world needs, ensuring that participants receive the care and support they deserve. He leads with integrity, efficiency, and a solutions-focused mindset—ensuring that our services are not only well-coordinated, but also responsive, inclusive, and continuously improving.

His background in engineering gives him a strong foundation in structured planning and risk management, which he now applies to support coordination, staff development, compliance, and service delivery.
