Speech Pathologist Assistant
Radia joined our team in 2023 as an Assistant Speech Pathologist. She is currently
pursuing her Bachelor of Speech Pathology at the University of Western Sydney. This
is her final year of study. She is aspiring to continue learning and increasing her
professional development under the supervision of a senior occupational
therapist with Iconic Care. She ensures to keeps up to date with current
research to practice an evidence-based approach by attending lectures,
webinars, and training programs at university and work place.
She is passionate about working closely with families, to upskill and empower them
to reach their full potential and achieve successful and meaningful outcomes. Radia
was experiencing providing Early Intervention, school-age services, and community
services as part of her daily assignment.
Outside of work Radia enjoys spending time with family and loved ones, movies,
reading books, and hanging out in nature, surrounded by animals.
