Exercise Physiologist with a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology, awarded in 2020. He
is registered with Exercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA) and the Australian Strength
and Conditioning Association (ASCA) as a Strength and Conditioning Coach. He currently
works at the Macarthur Clinic as the primary Exercise Physiologist.
Since graduation, Raymond has worked in rehabilitation settings across private clinics
and hospitals throughout Greater Sydney, including the Western, South West, and
Northern regions. He has supported patients across a wide range of ages, conditions, and
rehabilitation needs—from injury recovery and workplace return-to-work programs, to
sports performance and chronic disease management. He brings over a decade of
experience in strength and conditioning and martial arts training, with nearly thirty years
of personal practice in both disciplines. This practical knowledge complements his
evidence-based clinical approach.
Raymond’s professional interests include musculoskeletal rehabilitation, strength and
hypertrophy training, performance recovery, weight management, pregnancy-related
conditioning, and pain management. His approach is holistic, patient-centred, and
grounded in the latest clinical research. He is currently completing a Doctor of
Physiotherapy and a Master of Research (expected 2025), and intends to pursue a PhD in
Tactical and General Strength, Conditioning, and Rehabilitation in 2026."
