With a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Diploma in Compliance Business Management Systems (CBMS) as a Third-Party Lead Auditor, Ayaz offers a unique blend of strategic leadership, operational insight, and a lifelong commitment to quality care.

Since beginning his journey in healthcare in 1983, Ayaz has built a reputation for excellence, integrity, and compassion. His international experience and has given him a deep understanding of healthcare systems, compliance standards, and the importance of culturally responsive care. At Iconic Care, he leads with a clear vision: to provide person-centred NDIS & Age Care services that empower individuals to live with dignity, independence, and choice.

As CEO, Ayaz is not only focused on business growth and governance but also deeply invested in building a strong, values-driven team that shares a commitment to making a real difference in people’s lives.
