As an NDIS-registered provider, Iconic Care offers a wide range of support services that are tailored to meet the unique needs of NDIS participants. Our team of dedicated professionals is committed to delivering high-quality care and assistance that aligns with the goals and aspirations of each participant. Our NDIS services include:
Providing access to allied health professionals, such as Occupational Therapists, Speech pathologists, Psychologists, Exercise physiologists, and physiotherapists.
Assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Supporting participants to engage in community activities, social interactions, and recreational pursuits.
Helping participants to understand and implement their NDIS plans, coordinating various supports and services.
Supported Independent Living (SIL) & Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA)
we offer housing and 24/7 assistance for people who require specialist housing and cannot live independently. SDA is funded separately from SIL through the NDIS
We offer in-home support services to help people with disabilities live as independently as possible. Iconic care supply staff to help with daily activities like cooking, cleaning, and personal grooming. SIL is funded through the individual’s NDIS package
